Mission International is run by a group of trustees who meet regularly and who take seriously their 'calling' to serve God in this way. Victor Willis from Glasgow is the Chairperson and Phil Dryden a local businessman is a trustee, Hugh Henderson is the secretary and Mags Wills a further trustee, Marie Henderson is the treasurer.

The team of trustees is given some oversight by a local church's eldership allowing them to feel secure in their mission to reach the world with the Good News and to support the poor in the developing world.
